1. Ensure that The Executive Lounge is attended at all times

2. Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate end efficient manner

3. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and working condition of department equipment and supplies
检测部门设施和供给物品的清洁并使其处于好的运作状态
4. Monitor and ensure that The Executive Floor staffs perform their job functions to the hotel’s expected level of service
监测及确保行政楼层的员工工作表现能够达到酒店所期望的水平
5. Conduct performance appraisals of designated staff as required
