1. Note and coordinate compliance with guests’ needs, requests, and personal preferences. Ensure proper recognition and preference delivery for all guests by the appropriate department

2. Protect and enhance Guest Relation process and the guest experience

3. Look for ways to continuously improve the Guest Relation process and provide lateral service to other departments to assist them with enhancements to the Guest Relation process
不断探索完善宾客关系的方法,并且对酒店其他部门在提高宾客服务方面给予协助及支持
4. Maintain Kempinski ’s guest information system.

5. Assist with problem resolution where appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. College education, major in Hospitality Course
